Owner Comments:

Bright brassy red in color with strong luster. There is a large carbon spot that does detract slightly and I normally avoid coins with carbon spots but the 31-D is a tough coin to find with a nice strike in RD. CAC agrees by giving it a green bean. Housed in a PCGS holder that is listed as generation 4. on the PCGS site; and listed in the Conder101 reference book as generation 8.1.
