Superb white Washington proof silver quarter with strong strike, no toning, and very bright luster. Reverse is easily full cameo but frost on obverse is just short of cameo grade. External damage appears to be minimal to nonexistent. Cost: $38.04 on 9/13/13 on eBay from Tony Neely (shrc2012)
