This Franklin is a Black and White" treasure. The contrast on this 1960 proof Franklin is unreal. Heavy snow-white frosted cameo devices grace both obverse and reverse with flawless-to-the-eye jet-black fields. Collectors are stowing these coins away; they are getting scarcer with each passing year. This is an absolutely phenomenal example for the date and grade.
