Discovery specimen from 4 Coin set purchased from US Mint in 2007. Currently this is the only known copy of 21 produced by the US Mint before the final die polishing of "FREEDOM" for the full production run. 2007 platinum coin sales were suspended as the price of platinum was dynamic. Sets were offered at the end of he calendar year and resulted in pre-production versions distributed, but not discovered until 2011.
