Early Releases.

The White Mountain National Forest in East-Central New Hampshire was established in 1918. White Mountain NF is administered by the US Forest Service. The forest is featured on the first quarter of 2013 - - the 16th overall in the program.

The reverse displays the easternmost peak of the Sandwich Range of the forest, Mt Chocorua. Mt Chocorua rises 3480 feet above sea level. The mountain is framed by birch trees with Chocorua Lake in the foreground.
