This issue has the largest mintage of 19,020,000 from the San Francisco mint. These coins were typically softly struck. because of the soft strike, bagmarks, lack of mint luster, this coin is very difficult to find in uncirculated condition. this makes this issue the poorest issue of the Peace series. MS-63
