For the 3 common date Franklins of this set; 1956, 1962 and 1963 my collecting strategy was the same. I do not believe there is a significant technical difference between a garden variety pr69dcam and a high end pr68dcam with MONSTER cameo contrast. The pr68dcam is significantly less expensive, and because of the contrast looks significantly better than the normal pr69dcam. The contrast on these 3 coins is smashing.
