An inside straight. I throw it down, smiling, leaning forward to grasp my winnings. This dollar is in the stack having been minted just a few years earlier. The dealer, a gunfighter of some renown leans forward and sneers, " Not today cowpoke!" A crack of thunder follows along with a comment," what a strange stain "the poor New York waif says....
