Nearly PERFECT PF 69 Ultra Cameo 1978 S Lincoln Cent in a new NGC holder. This coin is bright red with a super sharp strike. In 1978 the San Francisco mint produced almost 4 Million of these Proof Lincoln cents. This is a common coin. NGC Ultra Cameo: Total 410 / PF 69UC: 137 / Better: 1
