Owner Comments:

1985-D. Breen 4483. Two planchet flaws noted, one west along the rim about 8:30 and the other west about halfway between bust and rim at 3 o'clock. Coin is completely untoned, and the only thing that detracts from it in any way is the slightly weak strike, most noticeable based on the flattening of the top of the letters in STATES OF AMERICA. Nonetheless, a super-gem in anybody's book.



NGC Population of 4 with none finer.
