GEM MS 65 1899 Liberty Head Gold Eagle (10 Dollars) in an old NGC holder. This coin is in nice condition with a sharp strike. In 1899 the Philadelphia mint produced over 1.2 million of these 90% Gold coins making this a common Gold Eagle coin. NGC had graded nearly 20,000 of these coins, but most are at the MS 63 level or below. NGC Total: 19430 / MS 65: 197 / Better: 30
