1893 NGC AU58 PL VAM-6 Revision Coin(Also have VAM-3 in NGC AU55DPL.)1893-P is an exceptionally difficult coin to locate in prooflike. All are grey and lack contrast and mint state examples are few and in low grades except one.NGC has graded 3 mint state PLs, two in MS60 and one in MS64. PCGS has graded 2, one in MS60 and one in MS62. NGC has graded a single DMPL.This coin is very representative of a prooflike for the date. It has characteristically shallow mirrors and is grey with little contrast between the field and devices. It is well struck. There is expected rubbing on the eagle's breast.
