Owner Comments:

This is the only Philadelphia coin in the series not to be at the Gem Unc. level (65.) But, I like the coin and in my case given that fact 1/2 of a grade is not worth the change. Very clean obverse, in hand minimal showing of the normal nicks in the high points of the hair, the eagle is solid for grade as well.
