Superb First Day of Issue James Monroe presidential dollar (PCGS Position A) in PCGS Presidential Holder with nice luster and strong strike. Light contact marks and scratches are present commensurate with grade. Cost: $16.15 on 5/28/12 on eBay from Jeff Todd (jefftodd34).
