Very nice mostly white coin a nice irridescense on both obverse and reverse. This coin will grab your eyes and demand your attention. This coin does not have full steps and exhibits just a bit of weakness under the third column with step count being 5-5-4-5 which precludes the FS designation.

I purchased this coin from Teletrade in 2012 where they descibed the coin as a "Rainbow Toner". I guess poetic license is alive and well in the numismatic field. My eyes are getting bad, but there is absolutely no way this one is a rainbow toner!
