Hard to find GEM PF 65 Cameo 1942 Lincoln Cent in an old NGC holder. This coin is bright red white with nice cameo contrast. In 1942 the Philadelphia mint produced just 32,600 of these Proof Lincoln cents. Most of these coins graded to date are at the MS 64 level or below and are not cameo.
