Mintage of 192,000.
Obv. many small toning dots, not spots, scatered over the fields. A few small blue areas here and there on the high spots. Rev. nice red and brown with blue highlights. Very hard coin to find in a mid mint state and higher. This is 1 of 2 in the census with the other being a MS-63.
