The obverse, designed by Joel Iskowitz and sculpted by Don Everhart, features a portrait of Eliza Johnson.
The Reverse, designed by Gary Whitley and sculpted by Phebe Hemphill, portrays three young children dancing while a Marine Band fiddler plays at the children’s ball that was held during President Johnson’s 60th birthday.
