Top notch quality describes this coin, viewing these photos gives out stunning results. The population
reports show very few examples certified MS-67-FS leaving this coin absent from most registry sets.
What small minor scratch or mark that might be on coin, didn't warrant a cut in gradedue to the fact that
most in the 1990's were terribly beatup to begin with.
