Owner Comments:

Superb Early Releases business strike full torch FDR dime. Coin has prooflike surfaces, stunning luster, and strong strike. Only detractions appear to be a couple of minute contact marks and a very fine vertical scratch on FDR's neck. Purchased as part of NGC-graded 20-coin set (2009-2011 mixed denominations + one 1996 5c) for $108.95 on 7/18/11 on eBay from Desmond Shane (jeffbongers).
