I believe that this coin is a very well done AT coin.I also believe that whoever doctored it expected a MS65 from PCGS. IMHO, PCGS determined that the coin was a "market acceptable" MS64. Again, IMHO, the value of this piece---as a 64---stays the same with or without the AT toning. Look at how the toning appears to be "painted" over the Sun and the "L" of Liberty---rather than within the surfaces of the coin itself.
