Owner Comments:

This was purchased in 2011 when 12,284 1882 CC's were graded by NGC , and 567 were MS 66 grade.
Today 41,954 total have been graded with 1120 in MS 66. Where did they all come from ? Same coins
cracked out and resubmitted multiple times ! This one is well struck and all white .
