This is the 1st year of Issue and was available in a limited issue of coin sets, which is also the subject of another Registry collection; the 1982/3 8 coin set including 7 proof coins. A very difficult grade for this coin as the packaging in these sets imparted contamination to the coins, thus it is imperative to have the coins conserved once out of the plastic. I have purchased upwards of 50 of these sets, of 998, and only a handful receive the vaunted PF69 UCAM designation.
