Mintage of 1,600,000. - Boy, would I make a bad grader. I sent this one off to PCI many years ago thinking it would come back a MS-67. it came back a MS-65. What can I say. I then broke it out several years later and sent it into NGC thinking for sure it was a MS-66 with a great shot at MS-67, it came back a MS-65. Two grading services gave it a MS-65, that's what it's got to be, I guess. Faintest touch of blue on the reverse with one tiny scuff. Obverse is blue/gray rims fading to gold in the center with one tiny spot hidden in the harp box. MS-65, yeah, right!
