Mintage of 800,000. - What to do, what to do? I have two of these and their both MS66's. The NGC coin has rainbow toning, gold and pink obverse with gold and purple reverse, and the PCGS is blast white. When the two are compared side by side the NGC looks like the better coin. The NGC coin is top of the Census.
