Owner Comments:

Type 2, gold dollar, 1855-P, NGC, coin with old cleaning that keeps it from being full AU grade. Coin is untoned with a bright gold surface typical for this issue. Coin was in an ANACS details holder when I bought it. Strike on obverse is quite weak which is typical for Type II gold dollars, especially from New Orleans mint.
