The 1973 Philadelphia is a Excellent example of a "Condition-Rarity Coin".

A condition rarity is a coin that might have a high mintage rate, but is difficult to obtain in higher grades. I believe the market for high-end Condition Rarity Coins will never disappear assuming collector enthusiasm will remain consistent or grow in the future...
