Mintage of 6,931,200. - High mintage coin but on the harder side to find. My guess is the war had something to do with the people having to use these and therefore limiting the amount of mint state coins left for us collectors. This coin is just one shade of brown away from being a red/brown. It's the highest in the census for brown and once again I'm sure there are some in the red and R/B categories.
