Mintage of 192,000. Obv.- Mint fresh red with a coulpe of light spots.Great luster with a tick or two. Rev.- Not as much luster as the obv. but just as red. Once again a couple little ticks. With the low mintage of this year, a very hard coin to find in MS-65 red. Tied with 3 others for top Pop. in the NGC census. Paid $29 for it in 1999 from Panamex. They always had great ads in World Coin News.
