Owner Comments:

This is VAM-16 "Die chip in leaves" characterized by a large die chip

in the leaves of the wreath on the left side reverse; further characterized

by a doubled first 8 in date and a bulge in the second 8's left side bottom loop.

However irrelevant my opinion is, to me, this is quite obviously DMPL.

I see no reason why it was certified PL instead of DMPL.
