This coin does not have a lot of luster. Recently, a noted professional grader---Randy Campbell---said in "Coin World" that "Luster quality is the single most important grading factor. It dwarfs strike, surface marks or any other aspect of market grading". Sort of tells you what the TPGS graders are looking for "FIRST".
