Like the 1921 coin, this piece "should" have been graded a fine15--IMHO. But, since this set is a teaching tool, I offer both of them up to you in order to try and help you to bid according to the 2009 grading. Grading services have been very tough lately IMHO. And, as buyers of Walkers, we MUST adjust our thinking, and thus our bidding accordingly. You CAN'T "WISH" a grade on any coin. Another grader, on a different day, might have given it a fine15. That is the nature of subjective grading.
