I think the "sleeper" coin among the "S" minted Walkers of the 1940"s. Seems we hear about the 41S coin and the other "S" minted issues---but look at the population numbers for the 40S coin in MS65 and above. Then look at the mintages---and finally consider how poorly it is struck along with the 41S coin. Doesn't take much more to then think that this coin "may be" a bit underated. Should be valued a lot higher IMHO---especially if well struck up.
