Can you say Monroe Doctrine. Obviously a famous past president and the first coin in the second year of the series. OOPs it is still a "Godless" coin. The beauty of this coin is marked by NGC's rating of PF70 UC. The repitation of the president and it being a last of a kind (last year of edge lettering for in God we Trust) will carry it along with it's predessors to very nice levels of imfamacy.
