1890-CC GSA $1 NGC MS-63 This coin just misses the MS-64 grade (You could argue a strong case for an upgrade). The only blemishes to speak of are located on Liberty’s jaw and in the left obverse field next to M in UNUM. The reverse is clearly MS-65 quality. The luster is vibrant giving the coin an incredibly fresh look and the strike is full. A spectacular coin in the original box along with the certificate.
