Owner Comments:

This coin in MS63 is a Top-Pop with all other coins in MS62 or lower. It was discovered in a coin dealers box of lesser value Morgans by Steve Garvin of Honor Coin and Stamp of Traverse City and sent to PCGS for authentication. The ear is distinctly doubled and all other markers are as described in coin identification books.
