Owner Comments:

This is the first major variety of the Silver Eagles. The Mint made slight changes to the reverse between 2007 and 2008 and some 2008 uncirculated coins were accidentally struck using the 2007 reverse die. The primary changes are the different "U" in UNITED STATES and the dash between SILVER and ONE.
