Perfection! PF70UC by NGC! From my own private collection. Decided it was time to take it out of storage and get it graded, what with gold prices being what they are - which is even more true 5 years later.

Ok, so that's three for three (or six for six if you count obverse AND reverse) on the $50 Gold Eagles. In each case, the imaging charge seems out the window with NGC, because the images they took JUST DON'T want to fit into their OWN Registry. I mean what the heck is the point?

08/01/2012: I am delighted to add photos from 5 years ago which NGC had made too large at the time, but which are now allowed because they've removed the limits on file-size from the Collectors Society Registry! I found 4 CDs full of photos from NGC, so I'm going to be adding LOTS of photos over the course of the next several weeks.
