1893 25C Isabella Quarter MS65 NGC. A pleasingly detailed and attractive example of the lone classic commemorative quarter dollar, softly lustrous beneath delicate cloud-gray. Whispers of gold grace the rims. Though the Board of Lady Managers successfully campaigned for this issue, they sold few examples, as the heftier Columbian half dollar was available at the fair for the same price.(Registry values: N2998)
