Owner Comments:

This was purchased on Aug. 2, 2007 with the 2001 coin. These were the 10th and 11th coins for the set.

I'm going to have to send this one in NGC in a few weeks to see if the film that has destroyed this coin's luster can be removed. The whole obverse is like 1 big milk spot.
