I've heard and read that only 10% of "S" minted later dated Walkers are well struck up coins. I tend to think that it is even lower than that. A truely well struck up coin deserves a premium IMHO. Look around---don't simply pay a high price for the paper insert---pay the premium for better thumb and finger separation---NOT JUST FOR LUSTER
