Owner Comments:

As with the other proof coins struck during the 80s, this 1985-S proof Washington quarter is weakly struck. However, it shows a very deep cameo on both sides of the coin. PCGGS gave it a grade of PR69 DCAM. For some reason, the seller of the coin seems failed to take good care of the slab itself. The holder is badly scrateched.
