With the obstruction of the Mint cellophone, I failed to spot the numerouse hair lines all over the coin. I only paid attention to the sharp 6 steps on the Monticello. I was kind of shock to see this coin came back as MS65 6FS PL. However, I don't know what exactly is PL designation to the coin.
