Owner Comments:

This is one of the coins I submitted to NGC in Aug 2006. The entire batch received lower grade than what I was expected. Expecially on this 1971 Jefferson. Not only the MS65 shocked me, but also the coin did not receive and of the 'FS' designation. The actual coin looks much better than the scanned images. I will come back and replace this with a better coin.
