Owner Comments:

This coin was purchased in Oct 2006. My first graded Buffalo Nickel. I needed this coin for my 20th Century Type Set and was determined to get a 1938D, the last year of issue and the last non-RPM on the Buffalo list. The detail of the eye and the horn on the bison is extremely well. But the tip of the its tail is kind of weak. The nick on the reverse keep this coin from higher than MS65.
