Owner Comments:

When I first look at the only 1996 Mint Set after I had been put aside for several years, I was suprise that both P&D quarters are candidates for submission. Without a second thought, I cut them out and send them over to PCGS. They both came back as MS67. This one is the 1996P and can be re-submit and may be upgraded to 68.
