Owner Comments:

One PR70RDU exists (Pop is 95/1)! Almost perfect in terms of rarity of 70's. This is a very clean coin without any noticeable bag marks, scratches, etc. Any you see are on the plastic. The reverse does have two carbon spots visible to the naked eye, one under the first "S" in STATES and one under the last "A" in AMERICA. If you know what you are looking for, they can be detected in the photo.

The best thing about this coin is the rust/burnt orange colored toning that has nearly covered the obverse. This is also visible on the photo.
