NGC Pop is 253/0 as of 7/12/06. Coin Obverse is brilliant. Under 10x, surface is beautiful and perfect?. Strike is very strong on Obverse and Reverse. Frost on Lincoln is strong, but I've seen it more pronounced. Obverse of coin is very bright. Visible toning beginning from 12:00 to 2:00 above Memorial. Under 10x, some spotting is apparent on Reverse in various locations.
