The 1881-O is the one of the rarer of the GSA Morgans from the New Orleans mint, and is especially rare in the higher grades. As of 4/07, there are 3 examples of this date graded MS65, with none graded higher in the GSA holder.

I acquired this coin on one of the lesser known auction sites (to remain unnamed, but not ebay). It is sometimes possible to acquire a quality coin for a very reasonable price on other auction sites that are not as frequently visited by the usual suspects. This one would likely have sold for a much higher price on ebay or Heritage.
