Unimprovable 1938 Dime, MS68 Full Bands
1938 10C MS68 Full Bands NGC. Bright and lustrous with no apparent marks on either side, this coin is essentially perfect. Brilliant throughout, a couple of small areas of die polish are noted on the obverse. Only eight MS68 Full Bands specimens have been certified by both services combined (2/06).(Registry values: N991) (#5011)
